My name is maria as you can tell. I'm really nice and I need your help! I have been diagnosed with Lupus, heart disease, Diabetes and CHF(congestive heart failure). Ever since i have been diagnosed with Lupus and I have been unable to work or care for myself like i would like to. Things have not been going very well especially since I have been classified as disabled.
If you are not sure what Lupus does, its a debilitating disease that strikes every part of your body including your muscles, joints and organs. Because of its effects on me and the catch 22 of the medical system along with government red tape, I have not been able to pay for all my medical visits, medicines, finding better treatments, and paying other bills etc... thats needed. you see........

Please understand I am not lazy or want to live on the welfare system. I had a very good job as a Customer Service Enhancement Specialist for trade shows etc... before this all happen.
